CURRENT MISSION

After 3 1/2 years of traveling, I've realized the free and worryless life of being a nomad had become my comfort zone and realized it was time to become more familiar with my roots again.
After seeing so many things it had become my more obvious and therefore my responsibility to re-intergrate into Western society to gain the tools and knowledge to really make a difference in the gaps I've observed when on the road. If anything, I feel like it is a responsibility rather than a task and after receiving so much help abroad I'm excited to finally be able to give back soon.
Currently I am doing a Masters in Berlin in International Health and Tropical Medicine and am hoping to start an NGO once I am done.

ABOUT ME

I love traveling,life, oportunites, adventures, physical activity, music and I love seeing the positive in everything because it makes everyone so much more happy and helps me and others push through even the roughest of times. I love people and I love (I hate to say this bc this is so cliche) living life to the fullest.
I love photography, people, the arts, FOOD, different cultures, languages and instruments.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have met a ton of people who have couch surfed and am looking into doing some (or alot?) couchsurfing on my part. I am open to meeting up with any of you for drinks, food, activities, and when I have my own place, of course want to do some hosting myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To be honest I haven´t had much so far actually... but it is my mission do to more of this since I keep on hearing about the incredible experiences people have been having and feel it´s time to meet you beautiful people out there.

OH MANY many many. more of a music over movie person...and books are heavy, but once i get a kindle I am set.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I tend to get in many serious accidents and always happen to get away with only a few scrapes or minor injuries... that in itself is amazing. There are so many cool things out there, let me tell you personally.
Some of my favorite memories were swimming with a lost Whaleshark in the Great Barrier Reef for over an hour, swimming with over 500 wild dolphins in New Zealand, going to a crazy rave type party in Guatemala next to an active Volcano that erupted every 30 minutes and lit up the sky as well as the actual volcano with glowing lava, and hiking the summit of mountain Rinjani (3726m)in Lombock.

Teach, Learn, Share

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.
