About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See theatre, see the world, make theatre, make the world

ABOUT ME

ANDREW:I am a young theatre student. I'm an avid adventurer, play and screenwriter, theatre director and theatre actor. I love adventures, intelligent discourse on art, politics, religion and philosophy. Road trips, poetry, drinking and joy.
ALEXI: I'm a young theatre and visual artist. I enjoy all art forms and I try to diversify as much as I can.
JESSE: I am also a young theatre student expanding my horizon working towards more schools and more theatre. I am an actor and armature playwrite, i enjoy art and adventures and drinking and fun and all that jazz... oh and i enjoy jazz too

PHILOSOPHY

The is nothing beyond us. There is plenty within us. We live in a slowly collapsing universe and it is our duties as the only, known, sentient life to build ourselves up to when we can stop the heat-death of the universe. Each person is a tiny gear in that great moving machina. The trick though is to admit people are tiny gears but treat them as the beautiful, complex creatures they are. I'm not always the best at this but I am young and a long time to walk.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

THOMAS:I use CS as an opportunity to meet real people in the places I end up in.
JESSE: I'm the roommate so I'm along for the ride but I love meeting new friends and sharing culture
ALEXI: Third roommate! Meeting new people and exchanging new stories is a great adoration of mine as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

THOMAS:I stayed with a couch surfing house on his summer trip to San Fransisco and with a pair of couch surfers on our road-trip across Canada, both times were lovely.
ALEXI: I've only hosted, but the people we've meet so far with CS are quite spectacular!
JESSE: I was introduced to CS just this summer on our cross Canada extravaganza and loved it! much better then a hotel or sleeping in the car.

Interests

ANDREW: Theatre, partying, reading plays, seeing plays, putting on plays, bad movies, good movies, board games, partying, politics, history, philosophy, drugs, spontaneous eruptions of song and dance.
JESSE: Pretty much the same as Andrew plus outdoor stuff like hiking and picking fresh apples off trees and dog sledding
ALEXI: Art, Painting, theatre, movies, drag queens, dogs and dog parks, and the ocean.
