ABOUT ME

I'm a creative busy type. I am always making, cooking, creating, doing... I like sleeping in, but sometimes get up early. I like going to bed early, but tend to stay up late.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to make the most of what is around me and not complain that a location or place you find yourself in is boring or not what you want... When i found myself stuck living in a small country town i said to myself, if i'm going to live here, i might as well live. If you keep your head up and eyes open you'd be surprised what you get to see and do!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined sometime ago and haven't had a huge amount of experience. I have had one surfer and have attended a few events. I am currently on my first overseas trip so be kind and show me around please. You won't meet a more enthusiastic traveller. I love everything about a new place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had much experience. My friend has traveled the world with couch surfing so I thought I might give it a whirl.

In between work and sleep I like to cook, keep fit, make things and tend to my plants.

When it comes to cooking I love making things from scratch, you wont find anything pre-made or processed in my kitchen.

I go to the gym and play Roller Derby which I love!

Books- i'm not much of a reader but i really enjoed the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and i'm currently reading lost cosmonaut which is about a guy who's an antitourist that goes to non tourist areas around russian

It may sound a little sad, but nothing springs to mind... Yet. I am on my first big trip so leaving Australia finally felt pretty amazing

I'm pretty good at cooking great meals for small budgets! And always happy to share my recipe for amazing banana cake! I'm also like to sew, alter and fix clothing. So if you need a button sewn back onyour blouse or that nasty hole patched up i can show you how!
