关于我

Hello there, fellow travelers and music enthusiasts! I'm delighted to welcome you to my profile.

I'm a legal consultant based in Shariatpur in Bangladesh. I help people to resolve their Civil, Family & Child Protection issues both in litigation and out-of-court settlement.

I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, like the autumn clouds, long beams of sunlight, a little river, gentle breeze, and the sound of gulls. I believe in kindness, honesty, and having a good sense of humor. Beyond my professional life, I'm a passionate lover of music, poetry, and non-fiction books.

Traveling has always held a special place in my heart, and I find immense joy in experiencing different cultures, meeting new people, and discovering the wonders of the world. So far, my journeys have taken me to the enchanting lands of India and the awe-inspiring beauty of Nepal. These experiences have only fueled my wanderlust and I am eager to add more places to my list of adventures.

Hope these information will help you to imagine my personality. Well, when I'm not immersed in the world of law, you can often find me lost in the captivating melodies of Bangla folk songs and the soul-stirring tunes of Indian semi-classical music. In addition to my love for folk and semi-classical music, I also have a soft spot for instrumental pieces.

Movies: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy; Up; Silver Linings Playbook; North Country; Catch Me If You Can, A Beautiful Mind; The Pianist; etc.

Books: Political Parties in India by Prof. Abdur Razzak; Bengal Divided by Joya Chatterji; Early Indian History by Romila Thapar; Myth and Meaning by Claude Lévi-Strauss; Moses and Monotheism by Sigmund Freud; The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud; Jacques Lacan by Anika Lemaire; Homo Sacer: Sovereign Power and Bare Life by Giorgio Agamben; Orientalism by Edward Said; The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir; The Wretched of the Earth by Frantz Fanon; etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most incredible experiences I've had was when I had the opportunity to host a lovely Japanese family in my home. It all started when they found me on the internet and we had a common Australian friend who introduced us. The family consisted of three sisters and their father, and they were planning to visit my city for three days.

Upon their arrival, I discovered that only the youngest sister knew English, while the rest of them didn't speak the language. Despite this language barrier, they were incredibly friendly and resourceful in using body language to communicate with me. During their stay, I made sure to provide them with comfortable accommodation and introduced them to some delicious Bangladeshi traditional cuisine to give them a taste of our culture.

As a host, I wanted to ensure they had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so I gave them access to my PC and internet to assist with any planning or communication they needed. Since I didn't have a car, we relied on public transportation to visit some of the local historical places, which turned out to be a unique and fun experience for all of us.

One of the highlights of their stay was when I had the chance to introduce them to a Japanese community residing in Dhaka. We organized a get-together meeting for them, and witnessing the happiness on their faces as they connected with their fellow countrymen was truly heartwarming.

As their visit came to an end, I went the extra mile to bid them farewell properly. I personally took them to the airport, expressing my gratitude for the time we spent together and how meaningful their visit had been for me.

This experience was not only rewarding for me as a host but also enriched my understanding of cultural diversity and the power of human connection. Despite the language barriers, we were able to form a deep bond through our actions and gestures, proving that compassion and hospitality transcend language. I will forever cherish the memories of hosting this wonderful Japanese family and the lasting friendship we formed during their short stay in my home. Now, I want to host through the Couchsurfing.
