About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Veganize the world! Please?

ABOUT ME

I'm that plastic bag that the wind blows to one side and then to the other and then swirls it around and then throws it back to the ground only to swiftly pick it up and start the dance all over again.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live, but maybe, while you do, take some time to reflect on your own actions occasionally.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted lots of people that I met at international youth camps, but I thought I might expand my network somewhat by using CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually haven't surfed on many couches so far.

Interests

Everything you can put on the big screen (Movies! In cinemas!) or on the small screen (Series! On the telly!) can get me excited. Also, music is a lovely thing, especially if I can sing along to it or maybe even strum the chords on the ukulele. (No, I'm not good at it, I just enjoy it.)
And then philosophy, animal rights, sociology, psychology, re-thinking society and civilisation - those are fun, too, I think.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, Music, Books. Yep, I love those.

(Mulholland Drive, The Fall, Harold and Maude ... Hanson, Silverchair, Robots in Disguise ... The World According To Garp, The Gospel According To Biff, Jane Eyre)

I do use last.fm, Goodreads and moviepilot and I'm usually TheInfatuated, should you want to know more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was part of a humming silverfish choir with the rest of the audience while Antony (from Antony & The Johnsons) sang the song "Dust and Water" and planted it softly on the carpet of sound we produced for them. That was quite magical.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently learning to cook tasty vegan food, but I'm still an absolute amateur. I make some mean muffins and cookies, but there's still much more to learn for me.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Iceland, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Sweden
