ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Tim. My Korean name is 박팀Œ€ (Park Tim). My American Indian name is Big Chief Flapping Wings. My Russian name is Тимофей Николаев (Timofey Nikolaev).

I love to travel and meet new people, but I tend to dislike clichés... so in my travels, I'm generally happy to kick it with the locals and get a genuine experience rather than doing what everyone else does. Long queues and masses of tourists aren't my kind of scene.

By the way, I live in Seoul now, and not Busan but unfortunately the Couchsurfing website is user unfriendly when it comes to change your address, at least in South Korea.

PHILOSOPHY

As a host, I can only hope to leave an impression on my fellow couchsurfers. I want my guests to feel comfortable in my home, and to enjoy their stay. And maybe -- just maybe, create a lingering memory or two that lasts a lifetime. In my experience, I have found things like these to be the most enjoyable and long-lasting.
