About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a remote island one day and live on it forever.

ABOUT ME

At first people are always shocked that I want to get away from it all. I'm always on the computer. But I want to leave this all behind and just see what the world has to offer in natural beauty.

PHILOSOPHY

Growing up in the Toronto area I became disappointed by the constant sight of development; grey concrete and building cranes everywhere. I now try to escape the 'world' and find what was original there before it was replaced by all this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I might use this to surf when I'm visiting places. In the future once I have a stable home I may begun to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The closest I can come up with was staying in hostels.

Interests

Advetnure! Anything that raises adrenaline. Cliff jumping, skydiving, paragliding, ziplines, or even just hiking through terrain...I am up for any sort of fun activity.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: The Shawshank Redemption
Music: Either punk/rock or dark classical (Verdi, etc)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's a couple the most recent was partially completing the Ottawa Temiskaming Highland Trail. It was a 7 day adventure. We plan to do this again in May this time both ways fully for ~20 days. Another amazing thing I saw was the Isle of Arran on the west coast of Scotland. We took a ferry there and climbed to the peak of Mt. Goatfell. The view was amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will pass on a quote I once read that I really liked: "Do not be afraid of dying; be afraid of never living"

Countries I’ve Visited

Poland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
