ABOUT ME

I love playing the tourist guide in my home town of Christchurch, New Zealand. The best sites to see, the coolest places to do, where to dine, where to drink, where to go for a boogie. I am a gadgetaholic, computers, iPhone, ps3 (not much of a gamer tho), you name it. Love using technology to make the smaller things in life that much quicker and easier. Love art aspire to artist's and would love to be one, but thats a dream at the moment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted couch surfers when I can my current situation is temporary with recent earthquake events in christchurch so it's difficult to host at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosting travellers for a several years before I even found out there was a Couch Surfing Community. I have only "surfed" a few times I love hosting people when i can an sharing local community where possible.

Interessen

Meeting "Coool" people! Keeping active and fit. I do moutain biking, road biking, Bikram yoga (addicted), Gym (weights), spin (RPM) classes, climbing, roller blading.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Love music, a big variety of genres too. Enjoy jazz but then I also listen to pop/rock and dance music. Some favourite artists include Hera, Rhombus, Salmonella Dub, Hera, Norah Jones, Eric Prydz, dj teisto, Fat Freddy's Drop, Diana Krall, Jack Johnson, Lisa Ekdahl. Watch a lot of movies also, like doco's or lately watch a lot of foreign films.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Training a guide dog (seeing eye dog) in 2007/2008. One of the most rewarding things to do. Would love to do again soon.
