ABOUT ME

I'm a budding world traveler trying to satiate my thirst for legendary experiences. I've lived a few places in the world and I'm eager to get out there and learn more about the interesting people of the world. Only when we learn to see beyond ourselves can we begin to see how truly interconnected we are.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started my traveling right after college and now hoping to get connected with the system and meet interesting and good people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Brief experience traveling around South Africa for the World Cup. I had the incredible fortune of having a positive first couchsurfing experience so now I'm a bona fide believer. People are truly awesome. Now that I'm done with my internship I'm ready to roll again.

Worked in a homeless shelter for 2 years. Truly the most interesting perspective of humanity I've experienced so far.

I formally study and research mindfulness mediation as a form of behavioral medicine in order to better understand this ancient contemplative practice. Besides practicing, I am learning the science and am eager to share the benefits of this practice. Also, I'm learning how to sculpt peace pipes and am always willing to share what I know.

I enjoy learning and exchanging and skills and philosophies. I believe that people are cool by the very nature of what they enjoy.
