ABOUT ME
I have a job as an editor for a sports related tv programme right now, but I'm mainly interested in writing and directing films.
I'm quite a calm easygoing person in general, you almost never see me stressed or upset. I also have a spontaneous side which can come as a surprise when you get to know me better. I like a good sense of humor and not taking everything in life too serious, but if i set out to do something i do it with all my heart.
PHILOSOPHY
Win some loose some, don't waste time worrying.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Dan Simmons - Hyperion Cantos and Ilium + Olympos, Terry Pratchett, recently found Haruki Murakamis stuff. Used to Like Paulo Coelho some 5-10 years ago but decided it's for depressed souls so now the books just collect dust... Paul Auster i also like. Also Clive Barker was cool i remember.
I try to find good authors and collect all their stuff if i like even just one book, and I don't think I've ever disliked the rest of the authors works so far that I've gotten my hands on. But I find it hard to find good books and I'm not the hang-around-at-a-library-all day person.
Films: David Lycnh, Wes Andersson, Aki Kaurismäki, Darren Aronofsky, Lars Von Trier and more...
Just making films artsy and different doesn't necessarily make them good films, so actually "Hollywood" films are not always that bad either. But it all comes down to taste and preferences anyways so i judge no-one by what films they watch.
Even though I consider myself a filmmaker of sorts I don't watch all that much films, actually. Maybe it makes sense in a way? also i don't own a TV since 7 years now.
Music: "Elevator music" - stuff that would fit in an elevator. I think it elevates my mood after a shitty day, or just brings you up to the next level when you feel good about yourself ;)
