My profile had finally gotten so out of date that I felt obliged to update it. I have the heart of an engineer, which mean I am perpetually designing and building things. One day in a past lifetime, when I was working as an engineer, I decided I wanted to get out and work in the greater world, doing something to serve others, so now I work in medical diplomacy. The line between my personal and professional life is a bit of a blur, but things that I nominally do more for myself than for work include rock climbing, photography, and general adventuring (although I've also done all of those things for work).

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

When I lived in Berlin (my favorite place to live, and a personal highlight for me) the greater couchsurfing community of Berlin was a second family to me. Through that vibrant community I met many of my favorite people, and I still love the intersection of community and adventure that is couchsurfing.
