I am a flying trapeze instructor. The circus life is very nomadic, and my girlfriend and I are always moving around and traveling from gig to gig. When we have enough time off between two gigs we like to do long road trips or travel internationally.

I've lived all over the U.S. and just returned from living in Costa Rica for 6 months.

When I'm not traveling, teaching, or training; I spend most of my time hanging out with friends, playing music, or having deep philosophical/political discussions.

As someone who is constantly moving from one place to the next, its just more interesting to make the transition a journey instead of a chore.
Unfortunately circus is not the most lucrative career so, We can't always afford accommodations.

Interessen

I am interested in flying trapeze obviously. I also enjoy most other circus arts, and just about anything that makes you use your body. I really enjoy socializing with people, whether they are friends or strangers. I enjoy playing music, and creating other forms of art as well.

Before I ran off and joined the circus, my biggest passion was wildlife and nature. I still really enjoy being outside, whether it be hiking, biking, bird watching, kayaking. etc.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to what ever is on, and will only change it if its too repetitive. My personal music collection contains a lot of "indie" type songwriters and guitarists. I also really jive on 3rd wave ska, and bad '90s/'00s punk rock.

I like action adventure movies. Big Marvel movie fan/super hero movies in general. I also like comedies, but not dumb humor. I actually watch more TV than movies with some of my favorites being Doctor Who, Sherlock, Archer, White Collar, and Leverage

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I want to learn anything someone is willing to teach me. Right now my biggest focus is living a more focused life. I am hoping to cut out mindless distractions in order to focus on what is important to me.

Right now that list includes; eating/preparing healthy good food, training circus arts, being in my best physical shape, and creating and cultivating authentic human interactions with genuine people.

I am willing to share any of my skills and knowledge.

I believe that the secret to really knowing any skill is accepting that you will always have more to learn, and that someone will always be able to teach you. I also believe it is important to teach what you know to others as a way to force yourself to try and understand something from multiple perspectives.

I can share circus skills, and teach basic techniques. I also have some pretty great stories about travels in the US and abroad.

I don't mind cooking for large or small groups, or cleaning. I often travel with my girlfriend and we often bring musical instruments and would be glad to play/sing
