ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Lizzy Charles. Currently traveling and looking for cultural experience. Rather than just passing through countries I wish to stop and stay and learn about people and places. I have completed volunteer work in both Uganda and Romania. Both of which I worked with children. I travelled to Uganda for two consecutive summers and got involved a charity; Soft Power Education. A great charity working to provide primary school education. And most recently a charity in Romania called; The Flying Seagull Project - where I acted as a clown for shows and performances across Romania. I have just completed my TEFL training and wish to continue working with children and just get to walks of life. I hold a BA degree is Theatre and Art, so I would totally love to be part of a project in this field. Although I am always up for a challenge and keen to get involved with a variety of tasks/work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently in the last few days - spent some time volunteering in the jungle in Chiang Mai trekking, learning to cook. Riding and bathing elephants.
