Hi ! I'm a French girl based in Paris, currently staying in Budapest for the winter. At the moment my life is pretty much about writing movies, working on movie sets (and hoping to be paid for it one day), drinking beer with friends and making travel plans.

Science my Erasmus year in Hungary (in Szeged, 2017-2018), I just cannot imagine a way of life that is not international.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, travelling is not just looking at buildings and visiting touristic places ; it is most of all about meeting local people, chatting with them about our different cultures, learning from them... I am also grateful for all the advices that Couchsurfing hosts can give about their cities !

I had 3 experiences with couchsurfing so far : in Kyïv, Istanbul and Napoli. (They are not all visible in the reviews because I was sometimes with friends who got the reviews) All of those experiences have been amazing. I'm glad covid is over to be able to travel with CS again !

Unfortunately, my flat in Paris is really small (with no couch and a single bed) so I can't host anyone but I wish I could ! In the meantime I like to meet foreigners and show them the city ! If you ever come to Paris, you can write me.

Always pleased to talk about music, cinema, books, art in general !

Music : from Chet Baker to russian cloud rap.

Favorite books : big lover of Jack Kerouac, Louis Aragon and hungarian litterature.

Cinema : Cassavetes, Rohmer, Jarmusch, Tarkovsky, Bergman, 60's new wave from all over Europe. Also Star Wars, Back to the future and Pixar movies.

Series : Breaking Bad is the best, but Arcane, Fleabag and BoJack Horseman are quite close.

Other random interests : soviet architecture, birds, peoplewatching, hungarian language.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Erasmus in Hungary in 2017-2018 : totally changed my vision of life (for the best).

My first solo trip, in Kyïv, 2018. I fell in love with the city and I met really great people. I also discovered the freedom of travelling by myself. (Beautiful Kyïv, be brave)

Working on amateur movie sets. 16h of work for 2h of sleep, lot of coffee, fighting against wind, cold or even storms, but god it worths it. The human experience is crazy every single time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am really interested in practicing this amazing language that is Hungarian ! Rosszul beszélek, de szeretnék jobban beszélni ! If you are willing to help me improve my small level, I would be so glad to practice, even if it is for 5min.
And if you like practicing foreign languages too, besides english I can also talk with you in french (native) or russian (learningfor15yearsandthatsgoddamnhardbutnowicanfinallymanageprettywell).

I love talking with people about their own country, their everyday lives, our cultural differences... Anything you'd like to share with me, I'll be glad to hear about it ! And I can share about France too (from politics to debunking the 100% false myth of "romantic french guys").

What I Can Share with Hosts

In a word : I adapt. I'd love to share some talks and some freetime and if you feel like it, I'd be very grateful for that ! But I am also independant : I like discovering some places on my own and I need some time alone to write.

In short, if you kindly accept me in your flat, I'd adapt with your wishes and your schedule !
