ABOUT ME

Short version: I'm the chef and owner of an exotic fine dining restaurant on Inner Ring Road, Bangalore called Shiok ( http://shiokfood.com ) and a cocktail lounge called Moss - http://mosslounge.com
Shiok serves food from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. I used to be an IT geek in a former life, but now I'm happy cooking sensual food and conjuring up exotic cocktails. :)
