ABOUT ME

I moved to Harlem in 2014 and enjoy exploring. It's even more fun with visitors, so we can get lost in NYC together!

I love a good coffee in the morning... in large mugs. I like laid-back traveling with no alarm clocks and no rush. I'm very open to hanging out with everybody and making new friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love exploring new places with locals, because they have experiences that never reach guide books. I am also in love with how generous strangers can be and how much I end up loving a place through the enthusiasm of my hosts. I hope to one day be able to host people and repay the kindness that so many people have shown me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all types of music....even country sometimes. However, I'm no good with lyrics and artist names.

My favorite genre of book is science fiction and fantasy, although I am getting into biographies, historical fiction and mystery.

I love movies that make an impression: Amelie, Butterfly and the Diving Bell, The Shining...etc. Classics like Indiana Jones and Star Wars. I am obsessed with Hayao Miyazaki's work, especially My Neighbor Totoro.
