About Me
Hey there,
I'm AC. Born in Guam; raised in Southern California. Luckily, over the past year, I've been able to combine my two passions (Travel & Food) into one lifestyle: traveling chef.
To feed my travel bug, I run events called supperclubs (private dinner parties) and pop-up restaurants (temporary restaurants) in the cities I travel to. These events have taken me to LA, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area so far with plans to go to even more. I don't own a restaurant or a business just yet, but being able to hone my craft in different cities is a unique and awesome experience that's priceless to me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To have the privilege of meeting as many of you awesome people as I can in this world. I am new to "couchsurfing.org" but not new to couchsurfing.
Meeting people and staying in homes adds a new depth to traveling. I like to share what I can with my hosts. Whether it's going out for the night, playing board games, making dinner, or even just keeping space if we're all pretty busy.
I am extremely grateful to all of my hosts past and future. They make this world a better place with their generosity.

Stories & Food.
I can cook many different cuisine, but I call my unique style of cooking Filipino-American Soul Food, but I'm just as proud to whip up mac'n'cheese for us as readily as I bring my dad's pancit recipe into the mix.
I'm not formally-trained as a chef; I basically have cooked my whole life and had to hustle to get where I am now.
