Music, I'd say I see myself as curious towards a fairly large amount of propositions, although I generally aprioristically dislike reggae/ska, latin, nu metal.
Was I forced to make a single pick for favorite album, I'd say Spiderland, by Slint.

I'm not much of classical reader, meaning, I usually spend my commuting time on music + daily feed rather than a book (personal choice). I have relatively recently fallen for A song of ice and fire, although I never thought of myself as a fantasy type.

About movies, I find that incredibly difficult to even illustrate some sort of range of interest. So I'm just gonna drop the first three movies that come on the top on my head that I liked: To kill a sacred deer, Get out, Stoker.

I can probably provide interesting cooking tips, can help you pick a good pair of shoes or work out a smooth Excel formula. I'm not really an expert on any particular matter, but I tend to get quickly interested in a lot of fields.
