CURRENT MISSION

Work!! I've got a gig lined up for summer. Got a few weeks to fill before that starts.

ABOUT ME
I hail from Seattle. I'm grateful that the folks in Fort Lauderdale have been generously sharing their sunshine. And I've been gluttonous in my consumption of its glorious rays.
I've got plans to sail the East Coast in May. I'm freelancing yacht-work in the meantime. I've lived in Europe and Asia, though there a list of countries who've not bestowed a stamp to my passport. With any luck, that will happen by sea.
I'm quiet and friendly and enjoy really good conversation. Coffee is a must while on land. A beer works for the evening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm looking for a couch at the moment. It has been a while since I was active here as I have been staying on a friends boat without the capacity to invite any of you. I'm free for coffee in the morning, a beer in the evening, and conversation anytime we are both free.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met friends abroad and stayed with them as well as offering my space to the people I meet while walking the world. There are some awesome people on the planet and I have enjoyed more than my share. I hope we get to meet!!

Interests

I've turned my passion into a profession. I love sailing and will probably spend most of my life on the water. That said, I've had a very colorful journey through the world and love discussing people, places and the stories that long to be told.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a sailboat trip from Venice to Antigua. Complete with a volcano, a swim in the middle of the Atlantic, a 45lb albacore, a killer whale, and last but not least, a manta ray. Stories on request. :)
