About Me

We are a young couple, married in 2011. We love God, people, music, stories, traveling and small communities with impact. We think and hope that we are inspiring, enthusiastic and open-minded. We love to meet people, ask questions and make a difference through our own community: Huize Humus.

Love God, Love People

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We travelled a lot together and hosted some people in The Netherlands too. Had some great experiences with Couchsurfing. Every time it's different! We would love to host our house for you, listen to your stories, share our experiences and have fun together making music, baking, doing sports, whatever!

Interests

Listening to stories and experiences from other people with different world views. We love music, we play piano / guitar. We live in a small christian community with 9 adults and 2 kids where we try to practice hospitality, sustainability and relationships in the neighborhood. We dive the dumpster 3 times a week, that's where almost all our food comes from. We have chickens and also try to garden a lot. Other interests: Sustainability, Baking, Philosophy, Education, Nature, Cultures, Religions, Music, etc.
If you come, we will play nice vinyl for you!
