ABOUT ME
I am a friendly guy who loves to read, eat, travel, listen to music and stories, and wants to travel and meet people in as many places as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Outside of a dog, a book, is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it is to dark to read.
Education is learning what you didnt even know you didnt know.
Not so personal but I tend to agree with most of Russell's philosophies
If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years.
In the part of this universe that we know there is great injustice, and often the good suffer, and often the wicked prosper, and one hardly knows which of those is the more annoying.
Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man.
Bertrand Russell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been to Italy, Great Brittain, France, Switzerland, Belguim, Holland, Canada, Mexico, and all over the US. Crazy things I have seen (rather imagined seeing) have been at music festivals. The most courageous thing I've done: recently excepted a job outside Denver, leaving me 1400 miles away from my family and the girl I love.
Teach, Learn, Share
The host/guest relationship has been crucial for society since the dawn of time.Homer's Odyssey is a perfect representation of how we should treat guests. Feed them, let them shower, borrow your clothes, tell stories, and then and only then after all those things you can ask for their name and their origin. I must admit I do usually tend to ask those less important things first but I am working on breaking that habit. We need to trust one another again.
