ABOUT ME

I am working in Detroit, Michigan. I grew up on a blueberry farm in Southeastern Indiana, US. I'm a friendly person who loves meeting new people.

I don’t let the things I can’t change bother me. I focus my life around a physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy body, so I can enjoy a stress free and happy attitude all day long. I also enjoy exercising and eating healthy.

I grew up on a berry farm(alpineberryfarm.weebly.com) in southeastern Indiana. I have been working on the farm and doing general(sometimes strenuous) farm labor including mowing, moving mulch, weed eating, picking blueberries and blackberries, helping customers pick blueberries and check out at the end of the day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to travel the world more. I am hoping within a year I can convince my future employer to allow me to work remotely while I travel the world.

I am a simple guy who has many hobbies and interests which include: nature/outdoors, health/fitness, traveling, investing/money, brewing kombucha, photography, minimalism, cooking, science, technology, architecture, business, reading, yoga, design, and sustainability.

Alternative, classic rock. Pretty much anything except: country, metal, and emo music, and can't really stand the pop girls singers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have rafted down the Colorado River (Grand Canyon), 270 miles, for 17 days with 8 friends of mine.
