ABOUT ME

The three things that matter most to me are..
People. What is better than meeting a new friend and getting to know them? The one thing that I've learned in my travels is that If you are genuinely nice to someone they will always return it and that is an amazing thing.
Food. The one pleasure that every human shares in common. I love everything about it! Eating, cooking, sharing, dinner parties, trying to flavors, drinking, it's all good!
Music. My personal getaway is the best way to put it. Whether it's playing or listening nothing soothes my mind quite like it. I also enjoy the social aspect of sharing my music with people.

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm... I'm always finding new ideas and perspectives that ring true with me but if I had to pick one...

No one is doing anything less than the best they can. It sounds weird I know but I really think everyone has the best intentions at heart. Yes, there are infinite miscommunications that can just develop into seemingly bigger problems but at the root of it you'll find that people were just trying to do the best they can based on the knowledge they have.

So I think the best way to live life is to be as honest and open as you can, with the people in your life and others. That's how real friendships are made

I love hosting whenever I have the opportunity and surfing is the best way to experience a new place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's pretty special to get to have new travelers coming into your house and bringing a new perspective as well as their excitement of being out in the world. Just makes for great times.
Last time we had 3 different groups of travellers staying at our house as well as several of my friends from around california and we threw the greatest dinner party ever!
It just feels very good to give people what you have to give and to recieve what they have to give.

Interests

My main interests are food and music - I play guitar and have my electric guitar as well as a portable amp with me. I also love backpacking and exploring. I enjoy dinner parties and dance parties and hanging out and talking about philosophy, life, food, music, people, and a select few other things

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't really know what to put here? hahaha. I'l take it as what I can teach/learn.
I can teach guitar and I might be able to teach cooking but for me it's a very intuitive process. So i guess i could give advice rather than teach. But I know how to make some damn good food!
