I'm hitchhiking around the U.S. while I write my book The Insides of Monsters

ABOUT ME

I am a college graduate who has explored the U.S. in a car. I decided it was about time that I did it on foot and this time my travels has the purpose of writing a book.

As of August 20th, I have traveled 6,000 miles (ish) around the U.S. I'm on my way down from Alaska and Portland, Oregon is my next destination.

I plan to be on the road for 6 months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, five families have brought me home from the side of the road to stay with them in their homes. I have yet to use the CouchSurging website to sleep somewhere.

Past that, I've slept in and on anything imaginable.
