About Me

CURRENT MISSION

making the most of every opportunity to travel

ABOUT ME

Hey all, Im a 24 yr old girl living in Melbourne. Im very easy-going,love nothing more than to spend a day hanging out with my friends watching movies and or going to the beach. I try and make the most of every opportunity, I figure there's always time to work later, going to enjoy all that life has to offer me at the moment and not worry about things I cant control. Much of my life has revolved around swimming and I have had so many great experiences because of it.In 2007 I decided to swim competitively for Malta-a decision that has led me to World Championships (2007),the Olympic Games (2008) and many countries for different competitions. I think its the best decision Ive ever made.
I have two passports-1 Australian, 1 Maltese-very handy to travel and work in Europe.
Im a very keen cook-studying Patisserie at the moment :)
Another big thing in my life is travel. Ive been very lucky to have been to so many places already and I love my family for giving me the opportunities to see the world and learn more about history and so many different cultures. Its definitely helped shape my into the person I am today.
I enjoy hanging out with people who are friendly, easy to talk to, enjoy a good laugh and dont take life too seriously.
Other than that Im not sure what else to write! Will update when I think of more!

PHILOSOPHY

Right now I think Im so lucky with how my life is and Im just concentrating on enjoying it everyday and making the most of every opportunity. I dont see the point of worrying about things I cant control, figure I can use my energy on more important things.
I have one life, Im going to enjoy it, I live with no regrets and make sure I love everything that I do.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-i love music-cant get by without listening to the radio or music on tv or playing my ipod. I like all kinds of house/dance music, and always love listening to some No Doubt, Justin Timberlake or RHCP. Also like The Kooks, A LOT of RnB and Hip Hop, The Presets and all other random things.

Movies-I love comedy-but good comedy!! Also love anything with Johnny Depp, I like some drama and action movies as long as its not just one guy killing hundreds of people and then being the hero lol.

I honestly dont read too much but when I do its biographies of sportspeople or anything inspirational or really interesting-hopefully Ill read Anthony Kiedis' one soon. Must admit-I love Harry Potter lol!! Never thought I could read books so fast but Im still a kid at heart! Enjoyed it too much! The majority of the books I own are cookbooks :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participated in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games-single best moment of my life-even if I only swam for less than a minute lol. Living in the village with all the other countries was amazing and something I will never forget. I made many friends that I hope to see in the future and keep in touch with. Also got so travel around Beijing and learn more about their history which was amazing.
