Born and raised on the east coast of the US...After certain transformative experiences, moved to the islands of Hawaii, settling on Maui for about 6 years...have traveled extensively throughout the US, especially the west coast...I like to perform(in English) Kahlil Gibran's book, The Prophet. I love to play in the dirt, to dance, to prepare meals, to live simply and healthfully...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to CouchSurfing.org, and grateful to be aware of so many beautiful brothers and sisters all over the world. The Hawaiians speak of the Aloha Spirit. It's wonderful to know this spirit is alive and well all over the planet...I've yet to officially 'couch surf', but I have traveled to many places and been a guest in many homes. As a guest, I do my best to be courteous and helpful, and especially like to keep things clean. When I lived in Hawaii I hosted numerous couch surfers, where the term couch surfing was commonly used, long before I had ever heard of this website.
