ABOUT ME

I am a professional fire spinner. I am currently based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; but I grew up on a small reserve in Northern Ontario. Over the years I have lived in Sudbury, Banff, Peterborough, Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto and on the road. I specialize in Poi, but I also spin hoop, staff, devil sticks, and I juggle a little. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed on many a friends couch over the years. In fact there was a facebook was group called "Kipper has slept on my couch" that had over 60 members. I have started using Couchsurfing more recently.

Lana Del Rey, Lorde, The Be Good Tanyas, Heather Nova, Of Monsters and Men, Mumford and Sons. I mostly listen to female vocalists and indie.
I am a Hemingway man. I enjoy classic literature and Shakespeare.
I used to watch a lot more movies, less in the last few years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to the Hydrographical apex of North America, the summit of Mount Snow Dome in Alberta Canada. I have also been to all three oceans that melt water from that glacier flows into; The Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic. I have hitchhiked overr 140,000 km in Canada from coast to coast to coast.
