About Me

ABOUT ME

I was born in Sydney, Australia, but grew up mostly in Ireland. After living in Dublin for 16 years, I'm now in Co. Leitrim, a beautiful rural county in the North-West or Ireland.

PHILOSOPHY

I have studied environmental science and am on a mission to care for and protect the earth as much as I can, and to spread the vibes. Am vegetarian/mostly vegan. Prefer to walk, cycle or take the train. Learning to forage a bit. I love to cook, especially for other people.

I love to grow plants and trees, my green bean plants are doing well right now, plus a few avocado trees.
I've been learning Spanish for a few years now and want to try to improve it by going to Spain this summer and meeting some lovely Spanish people.
