About Me
Hey guys ;)
my name is Theresa, I´m German but currently studying in the Netherlands. I´m passionate about travelling, meeting new people, exploring the world out there which lays behind the doors of university. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, hanging out with friends and engage in social activities such as the European Youth Parliament or the UNICEF student group. I´m very open-minded and curious and eager to widen my horizon, let it be by trying exotic food or learning a new language. Right now I try to get comfortable with Dutch and French.
My motto for life:
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn´t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines. sail away from safe harbour, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover! (Mark Twain)
Looking forward to meeting you! ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it´s a great opportunity to combine travelling and getting to know locals at the places I´m staying because you never get such a great and authentic inside into the life at an unknown place than when hanging out with locals.
