My name is Theresa Schweig, I am 25 years old and I am from Germany. During the past years I have studied Psychology in Groningen, the Netherlands and went travelling whenever possible as it is my greatest passion. I love meeting people, learning about different ways of living, cultures and customs.
After my Bachelor degree I have done internships and decided to start my studies in medicine. For this, I moved to Erlangen which is a lovely student city (close to Nuremberg) and would love to host some nice travellers from all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and I think you experience a city/country very different with couchsurfing as you are much more involved and less on the touristic paths. You get the chance to hear about a place from people who really know it, you meet interesting people from all over the world and make friends wherever you go. Plus you save some money which enables you to travel even more. Win-win, I would say :)
