My name is Theresa, I am 24 years old and I am a student. I already have a Bachelor in journalism and now I am studying russian language und german language at the university of Salzburg (Austria) since 2 years. When I'll finish university, I want to become a teacher. Apart from studies I am working as a journalist for a small regional newspaper.
Currently I am making an exchange semester in Vladivostok/Russia, enjoying my time there, meeting knew people, experiencing russian culture and my russian language skills.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Friends told me about it and I think it's a really good way to get to know knew friends and cultures. As I want to try it for my first time I am looking forward to this new experience.

兴趣

In my freetime I am enjoying doing sport (I love running to calm down after a buisy day, hiking, byking, swimming and in winter skiing and ice-scating). Since half a year I also practice "Ju Jitsu". This is a japanese martial art. Furthermore I love playing guitar, reading, meeting with friends and watching films. I also really like to go to theatre. I am myself doing theatre in a russian theatre group of my university.

As I am studying russian, I really like to learn new languages. At school I learned english, french and russian. Now I am also learning hungarian since half a year and I am interested in so many other languages!!!

Combined with my love for languages I am also enjoying traveling around. So far I already were in France, Italy, Croatia, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary and Russia. I am always interested to get to know other countries and cultures!
