Ciao. I'm Therese. It's a pleasure to meet you.

I am a multidisciplinary designer, model, aerialist and yogi brewed up in Sydney, Australia. I like the colour yellow, eating peanut butter straight outta the jar and riding bicycles. Oh, and flying. I guess that’s why I’m obsessed with aerials.

Recently I packed up my life in Sydney and headed for the hills, or in this case volcanoes, and now reside in sunny Nicaragua. There, I am expanding my mind into the realm of natural and passive building techniques, permaculture, organic and macrobiotic food, farm to table processes, fermentation, yoga, meditation and healing techniques. I have also sunk my teeth into a couple of projects that are combating the current unsustainable “system” or “matrix” that we are inherently plugged into and are focused on making new lifestyle methodology accessible to others.

My baby project is Momentom Collective, a social initiative combining yoga and circus arts. Our group of certified instructors and performers share the same passion; through our art, raising a collective consciousness and reaching the masses. I am on the road teeing up gigs and building the network for Momentom Collective during the rainy season in Nicaragua. I find that meeting and staying with locals is the best way to meet people with similar passions, as well as connecting me with the right tribe when I travel!
