About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live to live and do it well

ABOUT ME

A fun, laid back, outgoing girl who loves adventure and new experiences. Give me good music, good people, and good drinks and we will have a good time. I paint, it's what I enjoy to do and have been lucky enough to turn a hobby into a living. I love my friends, they are my family.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a firm believer of "give me a deep conversation and I'll give you my friendship" and "treat others the way you'd want to be treated" and to always pay it forward, because it all comes back to you in some way. I live my life by those philosophies and have seen some beautiful things and met some wonderful people in my time and look forward to meeting many more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a few couches in the past, but this is the first time I've used a blog to help me find couches in further destinations.

Interests

Meeting people, sharing stories, seeing new things, I love any type of art in general I believe if you put expression and empathy into it you then have art.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've read a lot of Noam Chomsky, he has changed my views on a lot of things, he's a very deep thinker and theorist on so many controversial subjects. In terms of music my favorites at the moment (always subject to change) are TV on the Radio, Yeasayer, Little Dragon, The Shins, Sea Wolf, Iron and Wine, and I've always believed that The Pixies could write the soundtrack of my life and I'd be completely ok with it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done was camp through Scotland for three weeks, I've never seen more green in my life it was breath taking at moments.

Teach, Learn, Share

We learn things everyday, from each other, from reading, from thinking. everyone has something to teach along with things to learn.
