Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm an outgoing person who loves to meet people when I'm travelling as well as when I'm home. I'm very curious cultural differences and I believe that you will always get the best travel experience if you try to meet local people – that's why I'm on CS.
Interests
– Travelling (surprise)
– Culture and anthropology, how climate changes affect people lifes and international politics
– Journalism: I would probably like to become a journalist with anthropology as my field.
At the moment, I write for a small Aarhus magazine about cultural events and initiatives and a food magazine called Smag Aarhus.
Music; love going to koncerts and festivals. Food; Not a fabulous cooker but I love to eat.
Literature; I like to read and I also write a bit myself. Arts; which I find really cool (I'm not creative myself...)

Music, Movies, and Books
Where to begin?
Music: Metronomy, Whitney, Tame Impala, When Saints Go Machine (a danish band), Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Bon Iver, Iron & Wine, Damon Albarn and Gorillaz, Lana Del Rey, Mac Demarco, Arctic Monkeys and more.
Some of my favourite books is definitely "Wild Swans" by Jung Chang, "The other hand" by Chris Cleave and "A Father's Secret, a Mother's Heroism, and a Son's Quest" by Cyrus m. Copeland. I also like Earnest Hemingway.
Movies: I love the Untouchables and 12 Years a Slave
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Interviewing the CEO of Center for Defending Freedom of Journalist, Nidal Mansour in Amman, Jordan.
Diving in Flores Sea near Komodo Island in Indonesia with more than 20 curious manta rays - and beautiful corals!
Trekking Kawah Ijen (active volcano crater releasing sulfuric burning gases) on East Java, Indonesia.
Teach, Learn, Share
Local food. I love to try new dishes and flavours. And maybe you would like Danish "rugbrød"...
I'm very interested in learning about other religions and governments. (Please, don't think I'm boring)
