ABOUT ME

I mostly grew up in Wisconsin, especially Madison. I've been living in New Orleans. I love New Orleans dearly, but I also like to explore. I'm working on moving to Asheville, NC because I love the mountains ever so much.

I consider myself self-motivated, I like to keep my brain stimulated. I'm not in school. I keep myself busy with a million projects.

I'm social, yes, but I'm not always the biggest house partier. noise complaints and police cars arent so much my scene.

Dichotomy is an important theme in my life. I need up-time and down-time. I keep myself busy with projects. I'll do any type of art I can get my hands on, which can vary dramatically depending on studio/equipment availability.

When I'm stationary, I grow plants and mushrooms. And kombucha. I like to garden. And I like mud and earth and also ceramics might be my favorite medium.

Right now I don't have a house to host people, but when I do, I'll be happy to have you! I'm a little new to CS... I've done my share of couch hopping, just always networked through friends and not a formally organized website.

I'm excited to be here, though.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not watch too many movies, sorry. Like freakishly few. I will understand none of your references. You have been warned. I'll admit to doing yoga from DVD sometimes...

Music...That's a long one. Let me skip to books and I'll get to music eventually.

Books. I haven't read a lot of fiction for a few years. I do appreciate Tom Robbins (who doesn't?) but I've been reading about stones and crystals, and about mushrooms and I like guides to things.
