ABOUT ME

Evening CouchSurfers! My name's Peter. I'm currently a student studying Engineering Design in Bristol although I spend some time in London working on various structural and architectural projects for the likes of ARUP, Halcrow and Expedition Engineering. I'm also the President of an International Development charity in Bristol, and this takes a fair whack of my time.

If you're here I figure you're considering staying at or hosting me. And either way, you should! I'm no expert at describing myself but general opinions collected in the last 21 years suggest I'm pretty fun to be around. But don't take my word for it, check out some of the sections below...

Life is for living and it should be made the most of. With modern technology and open, one-species-minded thinking, we can slowly make every person, regardless of what family they happen to be born into, have a long and happy life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've gone to a school in south Jamaica, designed a new water system, built it with spade, hammer and spanner and seen the smiles on the kids faces when they had real sanitation.
