Hello! My name is Wendy and I am an artist-writer born and raised in San Francisco, California. Since 2014 I have traveled over 19 or so countries.

I came to Couchsurfing to meet new people and create art that exemplifies the beauty around us. I was able to be hosted by some wonderful people through my time in Europe. I've also hosted a few people when I had my shared apartment in San Francisco. I support affordable housing initiatives and sustainable forms of travel.

(Currently) Living and exploring my heritage/roots in China
Spent a year abroad in Australia
Backpacked for two months in Southeast Asia
Eight month backpacking and volunteering through Europe.
Did a three-day trek through the villages in Northern Vietnam (through slippery, wet rice paddies!)
Rode a motorcycle from one end of Vietnam to the other
Designed a booklet for the White House
Rode a horse in Nadi over a coconut farm while lost...
