ABOUT ME

Hi guys! Our names are Raj (singer), Bob (guitarist), Kay (drummer) & Stefan (bass player) from independent Australian band The Sunpilots: http://www.facebook.com/thesunpilots & http://twitter.com/thesunpilots

About 3 years ago we quit our day jobs, moved to Europe, bought an old van and started touring full time. Since then we've done around 300 000 miles and played in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Latvia... well, pretty much all of Europe!

We shared a cheap apartment in Berlin for a while but rent became too expensive for us. That's when we made the (slightly insane) decision to live on the road so we could keep touring. Thanks to a combination of awesome fans, couchsurfers, bands we've met and friends we've made around Europe, we've managed to keep that going for 3 years. We call it the "gypsy tour".

Now we're finally touring the USA! We'll be making just enough to cover gas & food, so if you've got room to host us we'd really appreciate it. And we'd love to return the favour when we've got an apartment again. We're a lot of fun but we're also neat and organised :)
