ABOUT ME

My name is Mauricio. I am Spanish from El Salvador and have lived in Mexico and like most here, love to travel.

I enjoy the arts, history and museums. But most importantly I like to learn new cultures and when I travel, I try to meander through the roads less travelled in order to really bask in the core of what it is different from me and learn from it.

Love to try new things, and really enjoy trying new foods. Possibly one the least picky eaters you will ever encounter, makes me the perfect food companion, not to say I do not enjoy a great bottle of wine or some sultry dish. Quite the opposite!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Was told about CS in the past and finally decided to join. I recently moved to a new place so I do not have the space for someone to stay at my place at this point. However I do know the city pretty well and I would be willing to show around visitors to our fair city and to meet local CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with Pink Dolphins in los Callos of Belize. They follow you because they think your boat is a fishing boat. It was amazing!
