About Me
Hello everyone!
I'm Hugh from Scotland
After closing my vegan food business thanks to the pandemic I decided to go travelling for a year or so.
I went to South America with very little notice and no real plan... I ended up in a remote hotel in the south of Chile teaching English to the staff on a nature reserve. In my free time I've mostly been studying Spanish and learning how to make techno.
In August I'm heading to Barcelona! I plan to live there for a year or two, before hopefully going back to Glasgow to open a restaurant there
I have experience teaching english and also really want to improve my Spanish. So language exchange is always of interest
I hope to meet some cool and interesting new people through couchsurfing. I don't need to be hosted - just want to make friends
I don't drink alcohol - that's a fairly new thing but its been huge for me so I plan to keep it that way
