ABOUT ME

This account was initially only for myself (Kim) and now includes my husband Luke. I've previously hosted in Perth, Australia and have traveled through America & Canada couch surfing in 2015. Luke & I then couch surfed together in 2016 across America.

We are a genuine, friendly couple who love meeting new people & learning about different countries and cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Love God, love people and the rest will follow

We believe there is nothing better than meeting people as you travel and learning new things from them. Some amazing friendships of ours have been created through our couch surfing adventures... some flew all the way to Australia to attend our wedding!

Interessi

Kim: I love my job & working with underprivileged children. I've spent any free time travelling & learning more about different areas of the world.

Luke: I love being outdoors, 4x4, watching a great tv show (when I have time) and exploring different areas of WA & the world.

We also feel grateful to be a part of the Riverview Church community and really enjoy the time spent with friends there.

Musica, film e libri

Music... Although I do enjoy the majority of musical genres, I do have a soft spot in my heart for country music 🎶

Movies & TV: Luke & I share a love of sci-fi, comedy & many of the comic based movies and shows that are popular at the moment. Kim may have a soft spot for the US Bachelor franchise...

Luke served in the Australian Army reserves and was deployed on a peace keeping mission to the Solomon Islands.

Kim has volunteered in an orphanage in Nepal & with underprivileged families in both rural and city areas of Cambodia.

We've also both been blessed with the opportunity to travel!

We really enjoy cooking and would love to share this with hosts & couch surfers alike.
Although we can't eat gluten or dairy, we've never had someone complain from our cooking! It tends to be on the healthier side but we do enjoy some good BBQ!
