Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here because I realized it is much better to visit new places when you stay with locals who can help you with tips regarding where to go (and not to), how to behave, etc. I enjoy the social interaction with different cultures.

I live in a very nice coastal town called Annapolis in the state of Maryland, USA. It is only an hour drive to DC and Baltimore, which are other options to explore. I am willing to help my guests with transportation, guiding to places, being company, ... and whatever makes them comfortable.

I have an empty room in my 3 bedrooms apartment with a mattress. The apartment has 2 bathrooms so my guests will have their own. However, I have a 9 year old daughter who lives with me 50% of the time. I will only host when she is not with me, which means I will soon have availability to host in my apartment every other week.

My house has a spare room. I can drive you around if I don't meetings. Since April of last year, due to Covid I have been working from home and my work schedule is very flexible.
