CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to travel as much as I can to meet people with different backgrounds. My last couchsurfing experience was in Iran making a documentary. Now I’m going to visit Warsaw, Kyiv and Riga!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason why I am on Couchsurfing is because it's the best way to travel! There are no better guides than the local people. I have met so many great people thanks to Couchsurfing. They can teach me more than the tourist guides. In this way I can see some houses and see how people live. I am still a (working-)student in finance so Couchsurfing is good way to get around.

Interests

I study finance. I’m interested in Eastern-Europe and the Middle-East.
I'm also into sports. About 10 years ago I was a great marathonrunner. I also love play pool or snooker. My favorite soccerteam is KAA Gent (it's a Belgian team), I never want to miss a game.

I also love to cook so if you want me to cook for you, just ask :)

Cypress Hill, Notorious BIG, Eazy-E, Hot Chocolate, Tupac, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Delfonics, The Commodores, Walter De Buck, Romain De Coninck, Kourosh Yaghmaei, Tame Impala...

But mostly I just listen to Zen FM in the car. I’m into techno at night!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been in Niger which was an amazing experience: The heat was unbearable!

I've been in Iran for 3 weeks in 2014. In 2018 I did a roadtrip of 6.000 kilometers in Iran. In 2019 we made a documentary about Persian New Year.

I couchsurfed for 1 month in Israel.

I did a roadtrip by car in Scandinavia (4.000 kilometers)
