I am from Vietnam but I'm currently residing in a rural town of Wyoming. I enjoy exploring areas such as finance, music, racquet sports and good home-made meals. I also have great satisfaction anytime I get to read a well-written piece of writing. It may have something to do with how I find it really hard to write well. :-)

I enjoy meeting, learning and sharing stories with others. For me, Couchsurfing offers something very unique. It represents a paradigm shift from the conventional I-know-you-therefore-I-trust-you to the refreshing I-trust-you-therefore-I-know-you.

I love racquetball and tennis. So if you play, we can certainly give it a go :)
I have fun playing violin with my brother accompanying on the piano.
I am a subscriber to this idea that to be smart or creative, you should try to surround yourself with people who don't think like you, people from different backgrounds, with diverse interests, those who possess expertise different from your own because you can learn much more and do so a lot faster. I am pretty sure someone else have said this much more eloquently than I have ... but you get the gist of it ;-)

Three years ago, I fixed my girlfriend's Prius that had a bad traction battery through ~80 hours of relentless reading from an online forum [after being quoted $4,500 to replace the battery by a local dealership]. I have since followed that up with fixing another friend's Prius with the same problem for $60 worth of parts. Did I mention my prior car "expertise" included only a few oil changes? I was a proud puppy when it worked.
Not many can say that they had a secret service agent take a photo of former president Bill Clinton and I shaking hand after he made a stump speech for Hillary at University of Wyoming in 2008. I was pretty proud of that until when I looked at the picture, someone's head was poking. It was an awkward-looking picture, but pretty cool nonetheless.

Teach: I learned this quirky trick of folding T-shirts in one move and make them look nice and consistent every time. I'd be happy to show you how :-)

Learn: I love learning to make things that are useful and practical (for ex, I am on a mission to make a tennis ball re-pressurizer out of a pressure cooker so that I don't have to spend so much money on tennis balls). My next thing is I hope to meet and learn from whomever that is willing to host me. One really cool thing I find is that people's profiles on Couchsurfing really rings with me. I really want to meet and and share my experience with positive, life-loving people.

Share: hopefully share some good conversations or cleaning up the dishes or whatever float the boat at the time :-)
