ABOUT ME

31 years old guy from Gliwice, Poland, region Upper Silesia. Incredibly lazy and procrastinating person, fascinated by travelling, which actually helped him to open his mind to new possibilities and approach to life.

PHILOSOPHY

Generally I don't support any kind of philosophy or beliefs, I am just trying to live my life to the fullest, take the chances, becuase "It's better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done".

Actually, I've hosted few people in my dormitory/house, but it had been arranged before I created this account ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted several times in Morocco, Poland and in Ukraine. It's a good idea!

Interests

I really love travelling, since it gives my life momentum and some spice, due to many different adventures on the way and the feeling of true freedom, inaccessible by any other way. My favourite mode of transportation is hitchhiking, I've travelled more than 250k kms like this and I'm still eager to catch a car and drive towards the sun :) Besides that, I've always been keen on motorization, good metal music and classic comedy movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: classic Polish comedies (Seksmisja, Mis, Nie lubie poniedzialkow and many more), adventure films like Into The Wild, series of Indiana Jones, Kontroll (Hungarian movie, I love the soundtrack!), Apocalypse Now, The Godfather, number of animated series, mostly by Disney (Rescue Rangers, Talespin, Duck Tales).Music: mainly metal of every kind, but I'm rather fond of the heavier genres of it, like death or technical metal. Also, I enjoy jazz, blues, classic rock and pop music from the 60s-80s and occasionally even folk, hip hop or electronic music, when the quality of music is satisfying enough to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking to Caucasus countries this holidays for 48 days with my friend Łukasz. It was a terrific experience, to say the least :)

Also, our most up-to-date shoestring trip to Seychelles was excellent ;)

This year's roadtrip thorugh the entire United States was also a blast!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to put yourself together and become a hitchhiker, I've got some experience collected along the way, so that I can help anyone with that. If you want, I can show you how to get to love metal music as well :)
