Studying graphic design at the Royal Academy of Arts

ABOUT ME

I study graphic design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Besides studying there I work part-time as a social worker in Amsterdam during the weekends. This takes away lots of spare time but don't hesitate to request me since I'm very flexible. I mostly enjoy people who are independent, thinkers, philosophers, art-lovers, basically people who enjoy life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in this society by surfing, hosting and meeting fellow travellers. For me Couchsurfing is not only offering a free place or getting one offered. It is the whole exchange and experience which comes with doing so. Both Host and guest are equal, there is no superior. I believe being active in this network makes both wiser, more strengthened and more wonderful human beings.

1. Bungeejumping, whereof the highest of 160 meters in Nepal
2. Snorkeling at coral reef, The Philippines
3. Doing volunteer work in India
4. Hanging on the outside of a train in India
5. Hitch-hiking
6. Climbing the Säntis Mountain in Switzerland
7. Posting my poster at Maidan square, Ukraine
8. Riding a dromedary in Morocco
