During spring and summer 2016 I am a visiting graduate student in San Diego, doing a research internship. After this period I'd like to travel around the US together with my girlfriend. We'd like to have a road trip in California, Arizona and Nevada. Subsequently we will visit Washington DC, Philadelphia and New York, before returning back to home sweet home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my girlfriend will be travelling around California, Nevada and Arizona for 3 weeks, after I finished my internship. Would be cool to meet some locals to host us along the way.

Interests

Road cycling, rowing (crew) and trying to play guitar. I like to travel, so far I've been mainly traveling around Europe. I've really enjoyed the countries in Eastern Europe: authentic places, (somewhat) away from the tourist hotspots, which are hard to find in Western Europe.
