My name is Tom, I am from England. I completed my Masters degree in 2017 and applied for a job in Malta and so here I am now living in Malta, a tiny island near Italy. I work in anti-money laundering for a sports betting company and I love my job. I get to combine my love of criminology with my love for sports.

Interests

Tennis in particular is my sport :) I try to play every week. When I am not working or playing tennis then I may be painting, I started 3 months ago painting portraits and am enjoying it very much (although it can be very frustrating).

When I am hungry, which is quite often, I like to cook. I like most food, especially spicy, but when I cook my favourite recipes are one pot recipes - Beef stew, Chilli con carne, Cauliflower cheese, Curry, Carbonara, Chorizo and bean stew :) one pot recipes are just so heart warming.

To relax you can find me at the spa, swimming and enjoying the sauna and steam room!

Music, Movies, and Books

Many different types of music, my Spotify playlist ranges from classical to jazz to heavy metal :) I really appreciate most types of music. I grew up listening to classic rock/metal and then started listening to more indie. Now I listen to a lot of jazz if I am just painting or cooking.

Travelled most of Europe and also travelled Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
