I am Tom from Austria. Since I am 15 I have been travelling to many places because of internships, studies abroad or just because of relaxing.
I am really interested in meeting new people from other countries around the world, although I was born in a small city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got in touch with CS first in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
There are are weekly meetings and I participated them regularly.
But now I want to get the real CS experience!

Interests

I love learning new languages, currently Russian!
I do sports and I like just walking through the city and see
new cities and experience the true life, not just only hanging out.
Cooking is one of my hobbies, I cook regularly, so I am sure I can cook
something Austrian for you :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Norway and swimming in the Northern Arctic Sea at -40° C degrees air temperature after going to Sauna

Bringing gifts and treats from abroad that you could not get otherwise
Cooking something Austrian (depending on what products I kind find in your home country)
Speaking in English or Russian, and of course German
