Overview
About Me
I currently live in Utrecht in the Netherlands. Most of my time, I spend studying philosophy at the University of Utrecht. In januari, I will be finished with philosophy. Then, in januari, I'm going to Estonia for 5 months to partake in a few courses at the University of Tallinn. When I'm back, I'd like to start a master on neuroscience/neuropsychology. Besides studying, I'm organazing a philosophical festival in Amsterdam.
I would describe myself as an optimistic, open-minded and broadly interested person. What I like doing most, is doing/exploring/undertaking new things in life. I like to challenge myself and to avoid staying in my comfort zone.
As for my hobbies, I love traveling (although I don't do that enough), playing saxophone, reading, playing waterpolo and most of all: having good conversations and discussions with interesting people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To me, couchsurfing is an adventurous way of traveling and meeting new people. I think it's very cool that people share their homes with people they don't know. It's certainly a nice way to connect with people for a short amount of time. I think people tend to be more open on sites like couchsurfing.
